1ug used for CO-IP.
Used for WB at the dilution of 1:20.000.

Worked fine for WB.

Histone H3, Rabbit, Abcam #ab1791

Excellent antibody for Western blotting. Works both on histone extracts (acid extraction, mouse brain) as cell lysates (RIPA buffer, mouse brain).
C-terminal epitope, so can detect clipped histone H3 as well.

WB details: BIS-TRIS gel+XT-MES running buffer, blocked in TBS+5%BSA, 1:20 000 dilution.

Not working for immunostaining of Drosophila Imaginal Discs
