Tested in neural progenitor cells, there was no specific signal, the band is very weak even though after long time exposure. And there is some background.
Primary antibody: 1:1000 dilution in 5%milk/TBST buffer, incubate in RT for 1 hour.
Secondary antibody: anti-mouse IgG-HRP, 1:10000 dilution in 5%milk/TBST buffer, incubate inRT for 1 hour.
Image the signal using ImageQuant for exposure time of 10-15min.
