Work fine to check DNMT in Medulloblastoma cells treated with DNMT inhibitors.
Primary antibody: 1:250 dilution in 5%milk/TBST buffer, incubate in RT for 1 hour.
Secondary antibody: anti-rabbit IgG-HRP, 1:10000 dilution in 5%milk/TBST buffer, incubate in RT for 1 hour.
Image the signal using ImageQuant for exposure time of 1-3 min.
