Worked well in detecting differences between stimulated and unstimulated SY5Y-cells transfected with TrkB and stimulated with BDNF/control for 10 minutes. I used a 1:1000 dilution and got a decent signal when loading 50 ug per lane.
Also works on primary hippocampal neurons in a dilution of 1:1000 in as low as 20 ug per lane.
