BRD1, St John's Laboratory, STJ43609
What do reviewers generally think about STJ43609 from St John's Laboratory?
Researchers report inconsistent performance for BRD1, St John's Laboratory, STJ43609. One reviewer points out that no specific staining was observed on E14.5 mouse embryonic brain cryosections at 1:760. Another found weak immunofluorescence in HepG2 cells, both PCSK9-overexpressing and untransfected, with intense nuclear staining in transfected cells at 1:100. Overall, the antibody appears unreliable for these applications, with poor specificity in tissue and weak, potentially nonspecific nuclear signal in cells.

This antibody gives a weak IF staining in HepG2 cells with overexpression of PCSK9 and untransfected HepG2 cells. Areas of the nucleus was intensely stained in transfected HepG2 cells.
Dilution 1:100
