Used for ChIP in Hek-293 Flip-in T-Rex cells and in HeLa cells
Where not able to get any signal over background when using protein A coupled agarose beads
Pr IP 5 ul of stock solution is used. One IP is done on material from half a P10 plate which is approx. 80% confluent for both cell types.
