CD4, Bio-Rad Laboratories, MCA1767

Tested on both spleen and brain: Tissue was fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde and frozen sections cut 40 µm thick. Incubation done in 0.25% TX100/KPBS; pre-incubation blocking with 5 % goat serum. I use it at 1:400.

AbD Serotec states that it may not work for formaldehyde-fixed tissue but it is indeed not my experience. I get nice staining allowing for nicely identification of CD4 lymphocytes in both spleen and brain sections.
