Used for Western blotting 1:200 o/n at 4 °C. Clean signal detected at 70 kDa and no unspecific bands.
Antibody detects NOP56 protein at the N-terminus and milk/antibody solution can be reused for later blots when stored at – 20°C (tested: solution used for 3 blots).
Generally a good antibody but due to very low stock concentration a large volume of antibody is quickly consumed.
