Immunohistochemistry
Dilution 1:16000 1h at room temperature.
On formalin fixed paraffin embedded human brain it requires (formic acid) antigen retrieval step.
Followed by isotype specific secondary antibody goat anti Mouse IgG1
I used it in combination with Mouse Anti-Aß40-Antibody clone G2-10 IgG2b (The genetics Company), to detect both Aβ species.
