Selective for C-terminal of Aß1-40
Immunohistochemistry
Dilution 1:64000 1h at room temperature.
On formalin fixed paraffin embedded human brain it requires (formic acid) antigen retrieval step.
Followed by isotype specific secondary antibody goat anti Mouse IgG2
I used it in combination with Mouse Anti-Aß42-Antibody clone G2-11 IgG1 (The genetics Company), to detect both Aβ species.
