I had succes using this in immunostainings of HEK293 cells transient transfected with human Neurexin-1-beta cDNA. (Dilution 1:100)

For western blotting, we had difficulties detecting Neurexin-1 in lysates of both tranfected 293 cells and mouse brain. Though, we see positive staining in a lane containing 20ng recombinant human Neurexin-1-beta. (Dilution 1:500)
