LR11, BD Bioscience, BD612633
What do reviewers generally think about BD612633 from BD Bioscience?
Researchers report LR11, BD Bioscience, BD612633 works very well in Western blotting for SorLA, using dilutions of 1:1000 or 1:1500. It detects endogenous SorLA in HepG2 cells and murine adrenal membrane preparations, with two bands including one around 250 kDa and a heavier variant, and is supported by SorLA KO controls. One reviewer points out that the antibody, raised against human LR11 aa 1220-1337, detects the heavier SorLA fragment aa1-2107 but not aa1-731 in WB. No complaints are mentioned.

This antibody works very well in WB. I have used it to detect endogenous SorLA in HepG2 cells. It detects 2 bands at around 250 kDa in these cells. Dilution 1:1000.

This antibody is excellent for WB of SorLA. I used it diluted 1:1500 for murine adrenal gland membrane preparations. Tissue from the SorLA KO mouse was used as control.

I have tested fragments of SorLA aa1-731, and aa1-2107 in WB. LR11 ab only detects the heavier fragment (1-2107) as expected. 1:1000.
(ab is raised against Human LR11 aa. 1220-1337)

This antibody (raised against Human LR11 aa. 1220-1337) works excellent in detection (western blotting) of mSorLA. The antibody is verified in tissue from SorLA WT and KO. It detects 2 bands, 1 at 250 kDa and a heavier variant (currently being investigated). I used dilution 1:1000.
