Amyloid beta, BioLegend, Sig 39220

We have used mouse anti Amyloid Beta 17-24 (4G8 from BioLegend, formerly Covance, prod. # SIG-39220) for Immuno Fluorescence staining on 5 µm fresh-frozen, both 4% PFA and acetone fixed human and mouse brain material at dilutions from 1:500 to 1:1000 in 4% milk PBS (mPBS). Secondary was usually Alexa Fluor 594 – goat anti mouse at 1:500 dilution (Life Technologies prod. # A-11032), sometimes Alexa Fluor 488 – goat anti mouse (Life Technologies prod. # A-11001).
