CFP, Abcam, ab6556

I have used this antibody for in situ hybridization in a dilution of 1:500. This antibody works so well for me.

I have used this antibody to detect GFP in transiently transfected HepG2 cells.
It gives a very nice and specific signal. Dilution 1:2000.

Anti-GFP antibody (ab6556) ABCAM

I used this antibody for western blotting in a dilution of 1:2000 with great results. I blotted cell lysates from primary hippocampal neurons. The signal was not very powerful, however. No unspecific bands were detected.

I used this antibody on GFP-transfected, cultured mouse hippocampal neuron lysates at a dilution of 1:2000.

I conducted a western blot with excellent results.

This antibody works excellent for detecting GFP by western blot!

I have used this rabbit polyclonal antibody for western blotting with great success. It is sensitive not only to YFP but (according to the company) also other variants such as GFP and CFP. I use a dilution of 1:2000.
