This antibody recognizes APPL1, which is an adaptor protein Associated with endosomal membrane structures.
The staining seems specific, sensitive, and marks structures in mouse cortical glia resembling endosomes.
Cells were permeabilized in PBS+0.1% TritonX100 and blocked in PBS+10% FBS.
Dilution for IF 1:500
