This antibody is raised against lipoprotein lipase (LPL), which is known to be expressed by cortical astrocytes.
The staining seems specific, sensitive, and marks vesicular structures in cultures of mouse cortical glia.
Cells were permeabilized in PBS+0.1% TritonX100 and blocked in PBS+10% FBS.
Dilution for IF 2 ug/ml
