Goat anti NKCC1 (N-16)(raised against NKCC1 peptide of human origin)gave a weak signal with heavy background (1% milk blocking) when used in immunoflurescent detection on whole mouse eye paraffin sections (perfusion fixed with 2 % PFA). Visualized with Alexa donkey anti goat secondary antibody (1:600).
