I used this antibody (1:1500) for WB of HepG2 cell lysate, but no signal was detected

We have used this antibody on HepG2 lysate.
A single band of approx. 50 kDa was detected by WB (1:1500) after IP. MAB2040 was used for both IP and WB. The identity of the band has not been confirmed by another antibody, and no band was detectable in the input lysate control.
