Stains a subset of primary DIV12 mouse hippocampal neurons. Nice and apparently specific GABARAP staining is observed in vesicular structures in the soma and distinct processes.
Dilution 2.5 ug/ml
Neurons were fixed in 4%PFA, blocked in 10% FBS and permeabilized in 0.1% TritonX100
