Polyclonal rabbit to IGF2R (STJPhospho-ser2409) gives nuclear staining in human SHSY-5Y and HEK293 cells. Since this receptor normally associate with Trans-Golgi network, late endosomes and to lesser extend the surface, I presume that the signal is unspecific.
I used it in a 1:100 dilution, for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells are PFA fixed and permeabilized with 0.25 % saponin.
