Rabbit RAB5 (STJ50328) result in fine immunofluorescence staining using human SHSY-5Y and HEK293 cells
I used it in a 1:100 dilution, for 1 hour at room temperature. The cells are PFA fixed and permeabilized with 0.25 % saponin.
