BrdU, St John's Laboratory, STJ22838

This antibody was used to visualise cells positive for BrdU. The antibody was tested at different concentrations from 1:200, 1-500 and 1:1000. As the investigated tissue was from mouse, it had been pre-incubated with donkey anti-mouse fab fragments.

Although cells were found positive in tissue incubated with BrdU this was also the case in tissue that had not been incubated with brdU indicating unspecific binding. No difference was observed between the 3 concentrations.
