Antibody works very nicely for ICC. We use rat primary neuronal cultures, PFA fixation and antibody incubation over night at 4°C. 1:500 dilution of recommended reconstitution.

This was tested on cultured hippocampal neurons at a concentration of 1:100. This antibody worked very well.
