Dilution: 1/100 (Immunostaining)
Antibody tested on HEK293, stably transfected with RFP-tagged protein, as a control non-transfected HEK293 were used. Very nice signal in positive cell (green; goat anti-mouse AlexaFluor488 used as a secondary Ab [1/350]), colocalizing with red signal from mCheery. No detection of green or red signal in control cells. Good antibody for immunostaining and microscopy detection of RFP-tagged proteins.
