Anti CD164/ endolyn BD Pharmingen catalogue number 551296 was tested in HEK293 for Immunofluorescence with great result.
Cells were fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 0.25 % saponine. Primary antibody was incubated 1 hour at RT (the stock 0.5 mg/ml were diluted 1:100).
