I performed IHC with this antibody on 12 um cryosections of mouse olfactory bulb. There is high background but the signal is very specific.
Antibody dilution: 1:500

This was tested on adult mouse brain cryo sections at a concentration of 1:250. This works well but has a relatively high background.
