Dopamine receptor D1, Proteintech Group, 17934-1-AP

I tested Rabbit anti DRD1 Polyclonal antibody from Proteintech with the catalog number 17934-1-AP. This antobody detected the dopamine receptor D1 in homogenate from mouse VTA and striatum very nicely. The bands detected were around 50 kDa, which fitted perfectly with the positive control (SH-SY5Y cell lysate). Moreover it seems like the antibody detects polymerised receptors also, as some heavier bands also was detected.
