I have also tested this antibody on cultured hippocampal neurons stimulated with 1 nM of BDNF for 10 minutes with very limited succes.

This antibody was tested on 293 cells in culture. The cells were stimulated with either 0, 1, 10 or 100nM of insulin before being fixed and stained.This antibody showed almost no difference between stimulated and unstimulated.
