Where can one get this antibody? Really interested in trying it in our cells?
Thanks,

This antibody (9,6 ug/ul) works excellent for detecting human and mouse SorCS1 in lysates of HeLa cells overexpressing the protein.
Western blot Dilution 1:2500

This antibody works great in a home-made ELISA as capture antibody for detection of human SorCS1.
I have used 10 ug/ml when coating the maxisorp plate (55 mM sodium bicarbonate, pH 9.8).
Details can be acquired upon request.

This antibody is an old antibody (homemade??) and stored in 4 degrees. It was used to stain CHO-cells stable expressing mouse SorCS1 variant c. The membrane of CHO/mSorCS1c stain weakly in a dotted pattern and the untransfected CHO-cells are without staining at 3 ug/ml.
