Cholera toxin B, List Biological Labs, 703
What do reviewers generally think about 703 from List Biological Labs?
Researchers generally report that Cholera toxin B, List Biological Labs, 703 performs well for detecting bound or internalized toxin in fixed cells and tissues, including perfusion-fixed mouse tissue, 293 cells, and hippocampal neurons, at dilutions of 1:1000 to 1:5000. One reviewer points out that it was not very useful for detecting retrogradely transported toxin on PFA-fixed mouse brain cryosections because of strong cross-reaction with blood vessels.

We used this cholera toxin B antibody at dilution 1:1000 for the detection retrogradely transported cholera toxin B subunit on cryosections of PFA-fixed mouse brain. The antibody was not very useful. There was strong cross reaction with blood vessels.
