What do reviewers generally think about AHP500 from Bio-Rad Laboratories?
Researchers report that TGN46 works well for immunofluorescence and immunostaining of HEK293 and HepG2 cells, including confocal fluorescence, with dilutions from 1:100 to 1:1000 and overnight incubation in several reports. One reviewer points out that it can be diluted more than 1:100 in HepG2 cells and still give a nice result. Works very nicely for IF (HEK293 and HepG2 cells).

For IF, dilution at 1:500 to 1:1000 is working good after overnight incubation.

I used this antibody as a marker for TGN in HEK293 cells in confocal fluorescence with good results (1:100).

This antibody is very good for immunostaining of HepG2 cells. We used it 1:100, but I reckon that it can be diluted more and still give a nice result

We used this TGN46 antibody 1:100. It works fine for immunostaining of HEK293 cells.

We used it in Western blotting on sucrose gradient fractions.
