The antibody did not work in our hands when used in Western blotting.
We stimulated SY5Y cells with 100 ng/ml glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF) for 10 min. In this experiment, we clearly detect induction of phosphorylation of MAPK and Akt.
