I have used this antibody for immunstaining of O4 in rat oligodendrocytes. The ab works nicely, however, some background staining has been observed. Dilution 1:1000

We tested this ab for IF on murine primary oligodendrocyte cultures, with great success.
Dilution 1:500, but can be more dilute without problems.
