Free floating sections – IHC and IF require 5% milk blocking solution and 5% citric acid antigen retrieval at 1:1000. For paraffin staining 1:1000 with 2% EDTA and 5% citric acid antigen retrieval.

We tried this Iba1 antibody on PFA-fixed brain sections from mouse.
It gave very faint staining of something that might look like microglia.
I cannot recommend this antibody.
