TH, Pel-Freeze, P40101

We used this antobody with great succes on both mouse and pig brains (Göttingen minipig), diluted 1:600. All material was formalin-fixed cryosections. Without doubt the best anti-TH we have been using, with very low background. Unfortunately we ran out a couple of months ago, and it seems to be unobtainable in Europe. If anyone has a tip on were to find a pel-freez-distributor (DK), please add a comment with info.

Great TH antibody for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.

Dilution 1:1000 on both cryosections and parafin sections of mouse brain.
WB dilution also 1:1000.
We have also used it on primary cultures of midbrain dopaminergic neurons.

It is far superior to all other TH antibodies that we have tested. For example it gives excellent resolution of TH fibers in the striatum.
Unfortunately, for some reason it is extremely difficult to do business with Pel-Freez and actually getting our hands on this TH antibody!
