This antibody works excellent for IP of human SorCS1 transfected into HEK293 cells. Please see the image above. Lane 4 is lysate of untransfected cells.
Western blotting was carried out using rabbit anti-SorCS1 HPA011948 from Sigma.

I have used this antibody for ELISA for detection of SorCS1 in human samples. It works great as a detection antibody.
Dilut 1:200.

This antibody was used for staining of CHO-cells stable expressing mouse SorCS1 variant c. Result: Specific staining of the membrane, very low background in untransfected cells at 1:100 concentration.
