Excellent for reprobing of stripped membranes.
The samples were mouse TrkB from primary hippocampal neurons.

This antibody works reasonably well for the detection of human TrkB expressed in 293 cells by Western blotting.
Dilution 1:1000
There are some unspecific bands but the antibody recognizes a band of the correct size only present in TrkB transfected cells.
The antibody does not work in immunofluorescense.
