This antibody was used on hippocampal tissue from mice at a koncentration of 2ug/ml. This does not detect mouse sortilin by western blotting.
50 ug of protein was loaded pr sample but no band appeared at the expected size.

This mAb specifically detects human sortilin and not mouse sortilin in Western blotting. Dilution 1:10 of hybridoma conditioned medium.
Does not work in IHC.
