Conjugated to AF647 and then used for flow cytometry to stain murine lung single cell suspension, murine splenocytes and murine blood cells.

I have used it for IHC on mouse DRG (dorsal root ganglia), at a dilution of 1:100, in combination with Fab-fragments, without success! I could not get it to work properly.

It works very well for immunostaining of PFA fixed cells at a dilution of 1:100

Not reactive against rat sortilin

We have used this antibody as detection antibody (1 µg/ml) in a sortilin specific ELISA used for quantification of soluble sortilin in human plasma. As capture antibody we used pAb anti-sortilin/F7615 (10 µg/ml).

This is a very good antibody for immunostaining of endogenous sortilin in HepG2 cells. Gives nice staining at concentration 1 μg/ml.

Dilution 0.05 to 1 ug/ml

This mAb works for the detection of mouse sortilin by IF in cultured cerebellar granule neurons and by IHC on brain sections.
