It works great for immunostaining of sortilin in both HEK293 cells and patient-derived HDFs. Dilution: 1:200.

I have used this antibody for IHC on cryosectioned mouse dorsal root ganglia, on both WT and KO. It was not specific, and was not useful!
Dilution: 1:1000

This is a very good antibody for IP. We have used it for pull down of endogenous sortilin from HepG2 cell lysate after cross-linking of cellular proteins with DSP.

This antibody works very well as capture antibody (10 µg/ml) for ELISA detection of soluble sortilin in human plasma. As detection antibody we used mAb anti-sortilin/F11 (1 µg/ml)
