This antibody works well for detection of SorLA in mouse dorsal root ganglia and sciatic nerve homogenates and rat primary Schwann cell lysates. Dilution 1:1000.

This antibody was generated at the Department of Biomedicine, Aarhus University.
It works great for IP and immunostainings and OK in Western blotting. Both on transfected cells and in tissues.
Knockout tissues are blank, confirming the specificity of the antibody.
