We used this antibody for detecting endogenous p75 in cell lines (SY5Y cells, RN22 cells) and mouse primary neurons by Western blotting.
It works particularly well for detecting the intracellular domain of p75 that is released upon regulated intramembrane proteolysis.
WB dilution 1:5000.
Diluted antibody can be frozen and reused at least four times.
