Used for IHC on DRG cryosections, diluted 1:1500. Worked well, with clear cellular staining in wt but blank in p75NTR KO.

Staining primary hippocampal neurons it work fine in a dilution of 1:150.
tested on PFA-fixed DIV7 + DIV14 hippocampal neurons
