MAP kinase, Cell Signaling Technology, 4695
What do reviewers generally think about 4695 from Cell Signaling Technology?
Researchers generally rate this MAP kinase antibody favorably for Western blotting, typically at 1:1000, with one user using 1:2000. It is described as specific, showing two bands around 42 and 44 kDa in rat primary Schwann cell lysates, and works in murine macrophages, 293 cells, and mouse spinal cord tissue. One reviewer points out that the antibody is against MAPK and not phospho-MAPK. Ratings are strong for immunofluorescence and good for IHC, though one user advises using the antibody only once.

Review of: MAP kinase, Cell Signaling Technology, 4695 by Maj Ulrichsen
This antibody detects MAKP in rat primary Schwann cell lysates(50 ug). Dilution 1:1000. It appears to be very specific for MAPK, as I only see two lanes (app. 42 kDa and 44 kDa) in my blot.
