This antibody worked well for western blotting on nitrocellulose membranes.
It was used on cell lysate from SH-SY5Y cells, and a sharp band at around 98 kDa was detected.

This antibody does not work for immunostaining of HepG2 cells.
Cells were fixed in 4% PFA and permeabilized using PBS + 0.1% Triton X100.
