Great antibody for WB of human PCSK9 (dilution 1:1500). In my experience, it can be frozen and re-used 3-4 times.

This antibody is excellent for WB detection of human PCSK9 in media and lysate from transfected CHO, HepG2 and Hek 239 cells. We dilute 1:1000 and re-use several times.
The antibody does not recognize murine PCSK9

Very good for WB detection of hPCSK9 in stably transfected HepG2 cells. Detects both mature and proform of PCSK9. Can be frozen/thawed after dilution and re-used several times.

This antibody only works very poorly for immunoprecipitation of human PCSK9.

Excellent for Western blotting. Does not work for immunofluorescense.
We have tested it on 293 cells transfected with human PCSK9 expression vector.
