Great antibody for IF and IP. It also works for Western blotting.
Cross reacts with rat GFRa1 and we have used it for the detection and IP of GFRa1 expressed in HEK293 cells and CHO cells.
The Western blot above shows subcellular fractions of HEK293 cells transfected with rat GFRa1.
WB dilution 0.1 ug/ml
IF dilution 1 ug/ml
