We have not had any successfull experience with this antibody.

Very disappointing!

We have tried it in Western blotting on synaptosomal preparations from mouse hippocampus. 1 ug/ml

And in immunocytochemistry on formaldehyde fixed hippocampal neurons. 5 ug/ml
