This PCSK9 antibody (Ab52754) works well for immunostaining (diluted to 2µg/ml) of hPCSK9 i transfected HepG2 cells, but no signal is seen for endogenous PCSK9 in untransfected cells

Does not work in immunofluorescense. We have tested it on 293 cells transfected with human PCSK9 cDNA.
