I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing VanOpsall et al. eLife, 2020. VanOpsall et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human HoxB13 by Western blotting of CWR22Rv1 and LAPC4 cell lysates. No band was observed in HoxB13 KO in either of the cell lines (Figure 3A). No full blot image was available. Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
